• Consultation and planning services are provided only after full prepayment.

• Mediation services for booking attractions, trains, etc. are subject to a service fee of 10% of the booking value.

• Cancellation fees will be determined according to the type of service and the policies of external providers. No refund will be issued for services already rendered.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund
