Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Porges Tours' tourism services. Below are the cancellation and refund terms for the various types of services on the site: Customized tour planning and consulting services After payment has been made and the service (tour/consultation) has been received, no refund can be received. If the service has not yet been provided – you can cancel up to 48 hours from the date of payment and receive a full refund. Private tours and boutique trips Cancellation up to 14 days before the tour date – full refund (minus handling fees if agreed). Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before – 50% refund. Cancellation less than 7 days before – no refund. No show – no refund will be given. Third-party reservations (flights, hotels, trains, attractions) Subject to the cancellation policy of the supplier (airline, hotel, etc.). Service fees charged by Porges Tours – are non-refundable even if the supplier has refunded the full amount. Cancellation by supplier or guide In the event of cancellation by Porges Tours due to force majeure, unusual weather, illness or other reasons – a full refund will be given or an alternative date will be arranged, at the customer’s choice.
